Originally managing just 13 properties, the company expanded under the leadership of Martha and David Dore and later Steve DeWitt, who modernized operations and introduced advanced booking technology. 

Today, Life In Paradise manages over 550 properties and 12 HOAs, with a dedicated team of 35+ full-time employees and a seasonal housekeeping staff of 40-90. Now in its third generation, the family business continues to evolve, embracing cutting-edge technology to provide exceptional vacation experiences.
