Island Foundation

Established in 1994, the Island Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that owns and operates Seashore Charter Schools in Corpus Christi, Texas. Committed to educational excellence, the Foundation oversees Seashore Early Childhood Academy (SECA), Seashore Learning Center (SLC), and Seashore Middle Academy (SMA), serving students from early childhood through 8th grade. 

These public, open-enrollment charter schools provide tuition-free education to over 400 students from communities including North Padre Island, Mustang Island, Flour Bluff, and NAS Corpus Christi.
